Hi,we stayed at the Arron on the 11th Feb and thought the hotel was Fab,clean,nice shower that we always like,the bed was lovely and soft but not to soft,just nice and the girls at the counter were very nice and helpful.SO yes we would recommend the Arron

Aarons Hotel was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. On our first night we were "disruptive" and were asked to leave the next day leaving us in Sydney with no accomodation. not even letting us store our bags for the day so we could fid alternative accomodation.
I understand that there is a Hotel policy but I believe the situation was dealth with very unprofessionally. The room was under my name and not once did anyone speak to me about the noise or complaints, there were no warnings given and I was completely unaware
that there was a problem. We were left on the street with nowhere to sleep. One of us suffered from a panic attack due to the stress of having no bed to sleep in. This was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this Hotel to anyone and I will be making
a formal complaint. Manangement Response: Firstly we would like to take the opportunity to sincerely apologise that you feel dissatisfied with the outcome of your groups disruptive behaviour when staying at the Aarons Hotel Sydney. Our Front Office Manager
dealt directly with yourself on the following morning to discuss the issues raised from the previous night. The Aarons Hotel Sydney does conduct a zero tolerance of noise and disruption to other in house guests of which on check in you sign to agree to these
terms and conditions. We ask on check in that all guests take responsibility to read this policy and understand it in full before signing. The hotel after requesting the 15-20 people in your room to be quiet and issued with a warning, which was ignored had
to further call security to control the situation of those bahving in an unnacceptable manner. The hotel also received numerous noise complaints from other guests concerned about the noise limits within the room. The staff member on duty then had to call the
police to control the continued behaviour. The staff members on duty also had to clean up vomit within the reception lobby from associated guests within your room. The following day a letter was sent up to the room requesting the person responsible for making
the booking to come to reception to discuss the matter with managment. We do acknowledge and appreciate that at this point an apology was made for your groups disruptive behaviour which was appreciated, however given the previous nights cirumstances the hotel
states that guests who are in breach of the policy will be asked to leave the hotel and the management had no other choice but to follow through with this to ensure the safety and security of both guests and hotel employees. The hotel also acknowledges that
due to you being left without alternate accommodation at this point a full refund for the remainder of the nights stay minus the accommodated night and the day of departure was provided at check out and not taken as compensation for the cost of calling out
security and the extra cleaning of the room and reception area. We apologise that the affects of others in your group resulted in a bad experience for both yourself and friend who we hope has now recovered in full. We do again sincerely apologise for the impact
this had on your overall stay at the Aarons Hotel Sydney and whilst all guests have the right to enjoy their time it is also curteous to respect the privacy and enjoyment of other guests within the hotel of whom we have a responsibility for. Kind regards

wheres the pool? Management Response: Thank you for contacting the Aarons Hotel Sydney. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a pool, however we do have a discounted casual entry fee for all of our guests at the local gym. The gym has a large amount of
facilities however unfortunately once again no swimming pool. The closest swimming bathes would be at the Aquatic Centre just a short 10 minute walk from the hotel. Kind regards

We loved the hotel. We have traveled a lot and were very pleased with our room and the price. We will be back!. The front desk staff went above and beyond expectations. The location is great.
