What You Need To Know

Aarons Hotel Sydney has been housing groups, both big and small, for over 5 years and we know how stressful it can be organising a group of people to travel together! We aim to make the process as easy as possible for you by answering all the questions you are sure to ask, including queries on rates, car and coach parking, meals and payment details in our Group Kit. This comprehesive kit and easy to use booking form will guide you through the booking process and ensure that even the tiniest detail of your stay is planned to perfection.

Our risk assesment document can also be sent out to schools who require this for their pre-excersion planning.

All rooms include private ensuite bathroom, linen and bedding, television, tea and coffee making facilities and servicing.

What We Need To Know

There are a number of pieces of information that you can have on hand when making your initial enquiry that will make the booking process easier. For groups that require separate rooms for males and females, the sooner you have the breakdown of each group the sooner we can give you a more accurate idea of which room types and how many you will need. Equally, if the driver or group leader will require a seperate room or wants to be located away from the group, the sooner you let us know the more chance we will have at being able to fulfill your request.

If at all possible it is best to provide us with an actual or anticipated date of travel for your group as rates will vary over special event and peak periods. Providing us with a travel date will allow us to supply you with the most accurate quote possible.

What You Need To Do

Fill in an online enquiry form, call us on 1800 101 100 or email as much detail as possible regarding your group to res@aaronshotel.com.au. Once we have received your enquiry we will get back to you as soon as possible with a group kit. You will need to read through the group kit carefully and ask any questions that you may have before returing your completed booking form to the hotel. Once we have received your form we will begin holding rooms and you will need to arrange payment of a 10% deposit to secure your booking.

Super Sports Group Sponsorship

In late 2008 Aarons Hotel Sydney ran a competition to find the most Super School Sports Team in NSW. Participants were asked to produce a creative entry telling us what made them a 'Super School Sports Team'. They were also asked to show us how much their community supported their entry and their team by getting them to 'sign up'. The response was overwhelming! Our winners - Oaklands Central School, Super 8's Cricket Team - were the lucky receipients of $1000 cash and one night's free accommodation for their whole team at Aarons Hotel Sydney.

Oaklands Central paid us a visit in early January when they came to play some demonstration matches at the Sydney Cricket Ground during the lunch break of the Australia v South Africa at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
