Everyone has been wonderful! the lock on my case was jammed and a staff member helped me by bringing a couple of tools to my room to break it off as maintenance had left for the day. I was very grateful for their prompt and friendly service.

Great and top marks for a no frills hotel, value for your money, 2 years since we have been here but still enjoyed it.
