Whether you’re checking in, booking a travel tour, or just want to know the best place to get a late night ice-cream, our friendly Reception is your first port of call. Manned 24 hours a day, there’s no job too big or small for our expert staff. If you’ve got valuables you want to keep safe and secure, simply leave them with Reception and we’ll lock them away in our Safe Deposit Box until you’re ready to collect them. |
Tour Desk
No matter how many times you’ve been to Sydney, there’s always something new to see or do. And it’s our pleasure to hook you up with the latest and greatest tours and sights, from harbour cruises to scenic flights. Simply check in with our Tour Desk and we’ll get you on your way with a minimum of fuss.

Family Facilities
Aarons prides itself on being family-friendly. As such, we’ve introduced some services designed to make life easy – and enjoyable – for travelling families. There’s a babysitting service and of course we’ve got cots available should you need them. We even have a designated family friendly breakfast room!
Internet Kiosk
You can’t live without the internet these days – whether it’s browsing tourist sites, booking a restaurant, or simply checking emails from friends back home. Don’t bother traipsing around the city looking for an internet café late at night, not only does Aarons Hotel have wireless web access in all guest rooms, but there are also four internet kiosks located in the reception area for guest use complete with webcam and headphones!
